The Company has established an Anti-Corruption Policy to prevent directors, executives, employees, or affiliated companies from engaging in any form of corruption. Furthermore, the Company has defined an organizational structure with clear division of responsibilities, operational processes, and lines of command in each unit to ensure appropriate checks and balances, as well as thorough mutual inspection. We have also joined the declaration of intent under Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC).
Implementation Guidelines regarding Anti-Corruption

Must strictly follow the Anti-Corruption Policy and the Code of Conduct.

Must not neglect or ignore any actions that constitute corruption upon witnessing them.

Persons who commit corruption will face disciplinary action in accordance with company regulations.

The Company ensures fairness and protection for whistleblowers reporting corruption incidents.
Giving or Receiving Gifts and Entertainment
Must be conducted transparently and auditable, adhering to general business customs and trade practices and employees are strictly prohibited from soliciting or acting in a manner that implies to customers, business partners, or related parties that they are expected to provide gifts of any kind.
Political Neutrality
The Company has a policy not to provide political support on behalf of the organization whether monetary, in-kind, or through other benefits to political parties, politicians, or political activities.
Bribery
The Company maintains a policy not to offer or accept bribes of any kind, whether in the form of money, property, gifts, or any other benefits intended to induce dishonest acts, illegal activities, or violations of the Company’s code of conduct.
Facilitation Payments
The Company has a policy not to pay facilitation fees of any kind, whether directly or indirectly, to government officials or officials of private organizations.
